"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9
There are those that when they promise us something we do not look forward to receiving that promise ever or not any time soon, because they are not good at keep their promises. However, there are those who we can count on the promises that they make to us, if they say they are going to do something they usually do it.
More Than Enough
“God said to Moses, “I am who I am.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘I am has sent me to you.’” Exodus 3:14 (ESV)
When someone asks us who someone is or even who we are, we will begin to describe attributes about them or us that will help describe who we are. It can be hair color or job status or where they live that will describe who someone is.
"And the Lord came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth." 1 Samuel 3:10
There comes a time when we come to the realization that we are hearing God speak to us for the first time. In that moment it is filled with joy and fear all at the same time. To think that Almighty God would speak to us is an awe-inspiring revelation.
Worship The Lord
“Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.” Psalm 99:5
When we think about worship our thoughts go to what we do on Sunday morning in our respective Churches. We take time out one day a week and we worship The Lord who has been so good to us. The truth of the matter is that The Lord is not just good to us one day a week; every day we should have the testimony that The Lord is good.
