Stress can cause many health problems that comes from keeping everything to ourselves. No one person is superman or superwoman, we all have issues that are hard to face alone. Even if there is not a physical person we feel comfortable sharing with, the good news is God is always there for us. The Scripture reminds us vividly that the eternal God is our dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms. And he thrust out the enemy before us and say, ‘Destroy’. I encourage you today to remember God is a refuge for you, and there is not anything you cannot tell God. He knows all about your troubles and your fears. He knows what is on your heart before you even say it. God knows what you are going through and He is a refuge for you, and He has everlasting arms to lift you up when you are down. God's everlasting arms are strong and powerful and able to withstand everything you go through. When the enemy comes against you, rest assure that God's everlasting arms will thrust them out from in front of you, and you will be able to accomplish all what God has called you to do. Do not be afraid to share with God the things you are facing, find a quiet place and pour out your heart before Him, and let God rock you in the cradle of His everlasting arms. When you do the circumstances and situations do not stand a chance, because God will lift you up. I thank God He is my refuge at all times, and He moves the enemy out of my way and destroys them on my behalf. Since I trust in the strength of God's everlasting arms I know, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Lord thank you for being my everything. Thank you for being my confidant and my King. Thank you for loving me and keeping me in your everlasting arms. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
