As a child learns to take their first steps, they will utilize whatever they can find to hold on to so they can steady themselves before taking that first step. As we get older and our steps slow down there are times when we need to find something to hold on to and make sure our steps are steady. As we are on our spiritual journey’s there are going to be times when our steps are not steady and sure, and we are going to have to lean on The Lord to help lead and guide us, so we are walking in the right paths. The Scripture reminds us, keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me. I encourage you today to allow The Lord to steady your steps just as He promised He would. Every step you take should be directed by The Lord. He promised that He would not lead you down the wrong paths and that He would keep you in every situation. When The Lord is ordering your steps and stops, He will not allow iniquity and sin to have dominion over you, because His hand is on you. Every step I take I need The Lord to steady them and to make them sure. The Lord is leading and guiding my steps, and iniquity will not have dominion over me. Since I am standing on the promises of God, I know for sure, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Lord lead and direct each step I take today. Let every step have a purpose to bring you glory, honor, and praise. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
