Stand On His Promises
In this hotly charged political season that we find ourselves in, we will discover that those running for office will promise us a myriad of things. Some of those promises they will be able to fulfill and there are others that will probably never happen, but it does not stop them from making the promise. The promises of people are never guaranteed until they happen, because life has a way of giving a myriad of circumstances that makes it difficult for the promise to be done.
The Lord has made some wonderful promises for our lives. Some of those promises have already come to pass in our lives, and there are others that we wait for the manifestation of. The difference between what people promise us and what The Lord promises us is that we can depend and rely on the promises of God to happen, while the promises of people may never happen. The Scripture reminds us that, all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.
I encourage you today to stand on the promises that God has spoken for your life. It may seem like it is taking a long time to come to pass in your life, but you cannot allow time to deter you from knowing that every promise God has made for your life will happen in your life. We find our answer in Him and that answer is yes and Amen, meaning that once God says yes, then it is done. I am grateful that I can stand on the promises of God for my life, and no matter what it looks like, feels like, or even how long it takes, if God said yes, then I know it will happen for me.
Since I am standing on God’s yes and Amen I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Lord thank you for every promise that you have made for my life. Lord I stand on those promises for I know that your answer is yes and Amen. In Jesus name Amen.
