A New York State not-for-profit corporation provides workshops to prepare members of the congregation and community to qualify for homeownership financing. The Varick Homes Project offers qualified buyers an affordable alternative for home ownership and offers instruction in economic empowerment opportunities for low and moderate income families.

Greater Centennial Federal Credit Union
An independent savings institution dedicated to the economic empowerment of its membership. Its ministry instructs members in the practices to eliminate debt and grow savings also provides scholarships and financial empowerment workshops to assist members in acquiring the knowledge to liberate oneself from lack of financial freedom.
